I walked in to make a to-go order which was a mistake. The person at the counter taking my order mumbled making it difficult to order as well as adding to an overall poor customer experience. I wanted 2 medium pizzas and 8-piece wings, however because I could not hear or understand the order that was mumbled back to me when I went to pay the numbers didn’t make sense. And the menus on the counter did not have prices for me to double-check, so I paid anyway because I did not want to deal with the poor customer service. They told me it was going to be a 15-minute wait, they didn’t even start making my order until after 15 minutes. When I finally got my order, I got a large pizza I did not want, and 1 of my 2 medium pizzas was completely wrong. Overall, the customer experience was poor, if you’re going to order, order online it will be easier and a better experience.

Idk why I even bothered ordering from Domino’s. I should know better. But we had a craving for some buffalo chicken and no where else had any. This isn’t the first time they have served it to us like this either 🤦🏽‍♀️

Be warned of a driver named Jake!!!! I placed an order on 5/15 for 21.63, now I understand that I’m the jerk for not tipping on delivery, but my daughter is sick, and didn’t want to wake her up. Jake came to the door, handed my order over with attitude and walked away. No receipt, just the food. When I woke up the next morning I seen that I had an notification my bank account saying that I was now in the negative (I keep all my money in savings unless I need it then will move it to my checking) I looked through my charges and seen that my $21.63 had been updated to $24.63. When calling the store I spoke with the manager named Lauren who told me that a tip was in fact added into the write in portion, which means that he FORGED my signature. She said that she would be refunding my entire order and would look into the matter. When I called later in the day and spoke with the General Manager, he confirmed that she in fact did not process the refund and had not looked into the matter. If you have orders for dominos recently please please please look through and make sure that a tip wasn’t added to your order.

I had a really disappointing experience with this Domino’s location. I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery and paid $30, including a tip. When the pizzas arrived, it was obvious they had been mishandled. Both pizzas looked like they had been dropped completely disarranged, toppings piled to one side, and no longer even in a normal shape. I called the store to let them know, and the response I got made the situation worse. The employee who answered sounded bothered that I was even calling. I was simply trying to report an issue and get it resolved, but the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I was told I could either take a store credit or have the pizzas remade and sent back out. When I asked if a different driver could deliver them, I was met with attitude and told there were no guarantees basically making it feel like I was being difficult for asking. To make matters worse, when the remake order was delivered, it was the same driver. He actually opened the boxes in front of us, and only one of the pizzas looked normal. The other one looked like it had been flipped upside down again and completely tossed around. At that point, it felt like the issue was not being taken seri

worst dominoes pizza I ever have received. Literally what did you do to this to make it look this bad? Worst thing is that I called the store and the manager said since we took a slice from one pizza that they can't remake that pizza because " if it looked good enough to eat it then I don't have to remake it".. like I ate the one decent looking slice because at the end of the day we were starving and pizza is pizza.. but for what we paid for this big order it didn't deserve to be like this and just expected us to not say anything. They said they had to come get it and " inspect" it. I'm not honestly someone who likes to complain, but this is unacceptable. We opted to have it remade ( the pizza that we didn't take a slice from 🙄) but he said it's would take 45-50 minutes. We agreed. A minute later we decided to just call back and ask for a refund, we didn't want to wait. The manager was more pleasant this time and offered us a refund for the entire pizza order and they would leave this pizza here. So that's the only reason I gave it two stars.
